Based on the results of the preliminary needs survey, even before the program development is ordered, a detailed Business Process Survey is carried out in each case, the result of which will be the requirements specification prepared by PROGEN.
After all this, we will prepare a customized, detailed offer for you. This applies to the delivery and implementation of the proposed company management and administration system, and, if necessary, to the replacement and operation of the necessary hardware devices.

In each case, the offer includes in detail all elements of the software that meet the expectations set out in the requirements specification.
With specific conditions and deadlines, we conclude an agreement on the ERP system to be delivered, as well as the implementation of the system.
The final contract is based on the established requirements specification and the accepted price offer.
